1. Our Commitment to Data Privacy

Zohrion Technologies is committed to ensuring that digital interfaces, custom CRM architectures, and web portals developed for ourselves and our clients comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We enforce principles of data minimization, transparent processing, and security-by-design across all software engineering workflows.

2. Rights of EU Data Subjects

If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA), you possess specific data rights:

• Right of Access: You have the right to request copies of your personal data hosted on our servers.
• Right to Rectification: You can request correction of inaccurate or incomplete contact records.
• Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You have the right to request deletion of your personal records under certain conditions.
• Right to Portability: You can request transfer of the data we collect to another organization, or directly to you, in a machine-readable format.

3. Data Controller vs. Data Processor Roles

We operate in two different capabilities:

• Data Controller: When you submit consultation forms, requests, or email queries to Zohrion, we act as the Controller of your personal contact data.
• Data Processor: When we develop, deploy, and maintain custom software databases or hosting systems for our clients, the client remains the Data Controller. We act strictly as the Data Processor under the client's direct instructions.

4. Data Breach Notification

In the highly unlikely event of a security compromise or unauthorized data disclosure on our primary systems, we will notify affected users and regulatory authorities within 72 hours of identifying the breach, detailing the scope of impacted information and remediation measures.
