Abuse & Security Policy

1. Policy Overview

At Zohrion Technologies, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding malicious, deceptive, or abusive actions utilizing technical platforms, custom code frameworks, or hosting environments built or managed by us. We investigate all credible reports of abuse immediately.

2. Definition of Abusive Behavior

Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to, the following activities on developed software or servers:

  • Spam & Phishing: Distributing unsolicited email spam or hosting landing pages designed to deceive users into disclosing sensitive personal credentials or banking information.
  • Malware Distribution: Storing, link-directing, or distributing software components classified as viruses, ransomware, spyware, or adware.
  • Network Interference: Conducting Denial of Service (DoS) or Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) operations, network port scans, or password cracking scripts.
  • Copyright Infringement: Unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material, code, images, or documentation without valid licensing.

3. Reporting Violations

If you detect any suspicious activity or believe a domain/application developed by us is hosting illegal content or acting maliciously, please submit a formal report to our security response team:

  • Details Required: Specify the target domain name/URL, date/time of observed abuse, and any log outputs or screenshot evidence.

4. Remediation Procedures

Upon verification of an abuse claim, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend database queries, close active accounts, or restrict hosting environments immediately to protect public safety and system integrity. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in Chennai and internationally to assist in criminal investigations.
